V.I. Needs CFO

Dear Source,
Historically our elected officials have shown childlike irresponsibility in handling the financial affairs of these islands. Overspending, misspending, and gross mismanagement have been the standard of management. This does not include the illegal 'graft' and the sweetheart deals that have cost us so dearly. Our per- capita debt is now approaching $10,000 . Note that California recently recalled (threw out) its governor and one of the reasons was that their per-capita was close to $1700. Interesting comparison. The Governor and a number of Senators are in desperate fear of losing control of the purse stings which they have so badly handled.
They should be afraid.
We need a strong CFO and very soon.
