June 2, 2004 – Camle Gade to Borger Gade Road in Savan on St. Thomas will be closed Thursday, June 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The road closure is necessary for the public works crew to raise the manhole and prepare the area for paving
Department of Public Works Commissioner Wayne Callwood asks residents to refrain from parking at Gamle Gade and Burger Gade on Thursday to allow workmen to execute the job in a timely manner. According to a DPW press release, traffic control devices as well as flaggers will be stationed to assist with traffic control.
