Medication Ordered from States for Burned Horse

Dear Source,
I hope local authorities arrest and prosecute the maniac who would cause such pain and suffering to another living creature! Anyone who would willful abuse an animal like this would not hesitate in harming or killing a human being either! The person or people who did this horrible act need to be stopped before they harm or kill another living being, potentially a human being!! I hope the law is passed making animal abuse a felony!!!
