Buses Won't Be Running on the Memorial Day Holiday

May 27, 2004 – There will be no VITRAN bus service on Monday, the Memorial Day holiday.
Public Works Commissioner Wayne Callwood said in a release issued on Thursday that neither regular passenger buses nor those equipped to serve persons with disabilities will be operating anywhere in the territory on Monday.
Callwood "apologizes to the riding public for the inconvenience," the release stated.
