Dear Source,
I knew Cuthbert as a child growing up on St. Croix. I chatted with him while visiting the Virgin Islands over the holidays. He was always a wonderful person with such a pleasant disposition. It's unfortunate that his life was taken so soon. My heart and prayers go out to his family, friends and loved ones. I am certain he will be missed by many.
