POWER TO BE OUT SATURDAY IN TWO BUILDINGS

April 23, 2004 – A small part of King Street in downtown Christiansted will be without power from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday while Water and Power Authority crews replace equipment, WAPA announced on Friday.
Only the Continental Building and the Penthany Building will be affected by the scheduled outage, according to a release. WAPA workers will be replacing pole and weatherhead connections, it stated.
