The St. Croix Environmental Association will offer a strenuous hike to Annaly Bay Saturday, April 10, at 8 a.m. Ras Lumumba Corriette of Ay Ay Eco Hike & Tours will guide hikers from the northwest scenic ridge to the sugar mill at Wills Bay and the tidal pools. Reservations are
