A seminar titled "Filing Your 2003 Business Taxes" will be offered by UVI's Small Business Development Center and the V.I. Bureau of Internal Revenue on St. Thomas and St. John. The St. Thomas seminar will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, at the UVI-SBDC training facility at Nisky Center. It's free.
