OCEANA PASSENGERS FELT LIKE 'ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS'

Dear Source,
I thoroughly concur with Mr. Munro's comments regarding the appalling treatment we received from the Coast Guard recently. We were made to feel like illegal immigrants especially when the Coast Guard boats continually coasted up and down the vessel with blue lights flashing.
Whilst we are all aware of security issues, if we are to be treated in this manner in future we will now consider canceling our holiday to Florida later in the year.
It appears St. Thomas basks in the comfort zone in that many cruise ships call; but I suspect many areas of the United States are somewhat more dependent on tourists.
