SHIP'S VISIT ON, THEN OFF, WITH SEWAGE CITED

If this doesn't provoke a judge to slam the Department of Public Works commissioner and several other "influential people" into jail for contempt of court then the judge himself should be removed from the bench permanently for malfeasance in office.
The people who don't do their jobs MUST be held accountable and amply 'rewarded' for their misdeeds.
It is nice that we get some music and entertainment (and maybe some drinks and a fishfry) but just how can anyone involved in this ridiculous situation with the sewage, hold his/her head up and even appear in public?
