Jazz @ Coral World: 7 p.m. Boston area Jazz Saxophonist and Cadence recording demi-god, Joel Press, will be doing his thing with the Vin Phillip Quartet as part of the new Jazz series being held at the landmark St. Thomas marine sanctuary. $15 at the door and $5 for students will benefit a sholarship fund for graduating V.I. hep cats who plan to study Jazz in college.

JUST FOR FUN…
United Way Two-Mile Walk and Fun Run: Show off your shapely legs and brutish strength while supporting the United Way at their annual two-mile run-walk (you may amble or even crawl if you prefer). The sweaty fun begins at the Coast Guard Dock, with a course that runs the Waterfront to Frenchtown and back. Fabulous prizes will be given to the first 100 registered finishers, the top dogs, and to the companies and government departments with the most participants. Pre-register on Saturday, Jan. 24th, at the Emancipation Garden Post Office, Players in Havensight, Going Seanile in Royal Dane Mall and the United Way Office.
