MILLINER NOMINATED TO ANOTHER VIPA BOARD TERM

Dec. 21, 2003 – Gov. Charles W. Turnbull has renominated St. Thomas businessman Leslie Milliner to another three-year term on the Port Authority governing board.
The appointment requires Senate confirmation.
