Hello,
My name is Jane Arsenal. My fiancéé and I own time share on St Thomas so we visit annually. I think this is a wonderful idea, as we would have loved to shop and see down town in the evening. We had commented that we couldn't believe this tourist Island was dead after 5 pm. I look forward to the night life this February!
