Dec. 15, 2003 – Cyril Wilfred "Cecil" Richardson died on Dec. 13 on St. Thomas at the age of 75.
A native of North Hill, Anguilla, he is survived by his wife, Violet P. Richardson; a son, Monsel Lloyd; three brothers — Lionel and Donald Lloyd and Reuben Brooks; eight sisters — Eileen Perkins, Dorothy and Gwendolyn Lloyd, Emmaline Bartlette, Melanie Brooks, Rosalia Flanders, Mary Thomas and America Richardson; and four grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Anguilla.
