Nov. 26, 2003 – Pistarckle Theater's holiday production, "A Christmas Carol," opens on Friday in the theater in Tillett Gardens for a four-weekend run.
For opening night, there'll be complimentary champagne for the grownups and cider for the youngsters and a visit at 7 p.m. by a special guest — Santa Claus.
There'll be another performance on Sunday night (but none on Saturday), and then the schedule for the remaining three weekends will be: Thursday and Friday nights, Dec. 4-5; Saturday afternoon, Dec. 6; Friday and Saturday nights, Dec. 12-13; and Thursday-Saturday nights, Dec. 18-20.
Curtain time is 8 p.m. for the evening shows and 2 p.m. for the matinee. For tickets prices and outlets, call the theater at 775-7877.
According to a Pistarckle release, the not-for-profit company has "a limited number of tickets available only for the first two weekends," sponsored by Toyota St. Thomas, that allow children and adults admission for half price. Arrangements to get these must be made by calling the theater
