SEAFOOD SAFETY WORKSHOP

A workshop on Seafood Safety is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at the St. Croix Curriculum Center. Sponsored by the V.I. Marine Advisory Service, the session will include information on seafood safety, seafood quality, government regulations regarding seafood safety, ciguatera, histamine poisoning, biotoxins and more.
