To my amazement I found this article. I can't understand why these people did not research the law here regarding public beaches. This is just another example of people coming here and wanting to "change" things to please themselves and not be part of this community. The owners will then want to know why they are not embraced by the same people they don't want any part of. The government once again put their own selfish agenda first before the people they so fondly represent. This beach could have been like Magens Bay a showplace for visitors and locals to enjoy. All I can say is too bad.
