Nov. 20, 2003 – Everybody gets bombarded daily with "hard news." Well, here's some "soft news" that's good news, too.
Thanks to the congregation of Living Word Family Ministries, Roy L. Schneider Hospital was the beneficiary on Thursday of a hundred plump new pillows for patients.
On behalf of the congregation, located by Four Winds Plaza on St. Thomas, Pastor Dumas Eloi presented them, piled high to overflowing in movable metal racks, to Amos Carty, the hospital's chief executive officer.
