103.5 FM, THE RAIN, TO LAUNCH DEC. 1

Nov. 21, 2003 – The Virgin Islands' newest radio station, 103.5 FM, The Rain, will launch Dec. 1 with a music-intensive format that will also include news, weather, radio-personalities and the syndicated show, Rock N Roll Rewind.
The Rain plans to feature quite a cross-section of music, with a list of artists that crosses time and genre and includes everything from old Motown groups, to Prince, the Eagles and Earth Wind and Fire.
A press release promoting the new station promises "fabulous introductory rates" for advertisers, as well as a short list of special products such as on-air Christmas cards.
