ANIMAL CARE CENTER SETS FUNDING BASH

Nov. 5, 2003 – The Animal Care Center of St. John will hold a fund-raiser Saturday, Dec. 6, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Chocolate Hole home of Dr. Stan Rose and Dr. Elise Rose.
"It’s going to be a hell of a good time," ACC Director Johanna Chawziuk said, "but more importantly, it's about the animals,"
The evening includes cocktails and hors d'oeuvres donated by Caneel Bay Resort. Music is by the Danny Silber Ensemble.
Tickets are $100 a person and are available at Connections in Cruz Bay and Coral Bay, St. John Hardware at The Marketplace, Beauty in Balance in Palm Plaza, K-2 Video in Coral Bay, Scandic Services at Mongoose Junction and the Animal Care Center across from the Elaine I. Sprauve Library.
Tickets include entry into a raffle drawing. The prize package consists of two nights at the Westin Hotel, dinner for two at Chloe and Bernard's and a massage for two at Beauty in Balance.
Chawziuk said all proceeds will go to pay for animal care. Call the Animal Care Center at 774-1625 for information.
