This seems so totally absurd that its almost impossible to comment on.It seems as usual the people of the Virgin Islands will once again be treated like step-children.We fly the American flag and we have sent soldiers for every war and conflict yet we are not fully recognized by the U.S.We can't vote but we can fight and die.I am sorry this latest lack of any concern for what happens here is just to much.Perhaps if someone discoverd oil here we would have a better chance.
