The V.I. Association of Legal Assistants will hold a recognition luncheon from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at Pilgrims Terrace, as part of the group's 20th anniversary celebration of service to the legal arena. St. Thomas-St. John District Recorder of Deeds Wilma Hart Smith and founder of territory social service programs Helen C. Owens will be honored.
