SOURCE WELCOMES SUBMISSIONS

The Source welcomes submissions for our Community Calendars and Organizations sections, which we publish at no charge. However, we ask two things:
First: Please let us know about your community events as far in advance as possible. We reserve the right to ignore notices sent the day of or day before events. We ask at least 72 hours or three working days' advance notice. We are happy to publish events reaching as far into the future as you need. This will avoid having multiple events on the same day, as organizations use the Source calendar as a planning tool.
Second: As an Internet-only publication, we also ask organizations to please reduce paper use by e-mailing your submission exactly the way you would like to have it appear to source@viaccess.net. Please do not use ALL CAPS.
We will consider and attempt to publish submissions faxed to 777-8136, but e-mailed submissions receive priority treatment.
With 1.5 million page requests per month and a readership of more than 50,000 unique visitors the Source offers the best coverage available for your events and notices.
We thank you for your consideration.
