HALLOWEEN BALL TO BENEFIT HUMANE SOCIETY

Oct. 27, 2003 – The Old Mill on St. Thomas will be hosting its 2nd annual Halloween Freakers Ball on Friday, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Capital Campaign Fund of the Humane Society of St. Thomas.
It's a costume ball, and prizes will be awarded for the scariest, most humorous, most original, best drag, best animal, and best couple and/or group getups.
There's a cover of $15 for Humane Society members (with presentation of membership card at the door) and $20 for everyone else. The party gets going at 8 p.m. and will run "until."
The Capital Campaign Fund was established earlier this year to raise money for the Humane Society's planned animal care campus along Weymouth-Rhymer Highway. For more information, send an e-mail to Darr Conradson or call 775-2817.
