The V.I. Water and Power Authority is inviting the public to join WAPA employees in 'giving the gift of life' by donating blood on behalf of the Juan F. Luis Hospital between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, when the Bloodmobile will be set up in the parking lot next to the WAPA Customer Services Building.
