YOUTH SOCCER COACHES' TRAINING IS SUNDAY

Sept. 25, 2003 — The V.I. American Youth Soccer Organization Region 1383 unit will hold free coaches' training for parents and community volunteers Sunday at Antilles School on St. Thomas.
Nationally certified trainers will conduct the sessions.
Coaches should come dressed for fieldwork. Packed lunches are recommended. Other refreshments will be provided.
The schedule:
— 10 a.m.-noon: Safe Haven training – mandatory for all coaches.
— Noon -2 p.m.: Coaching clinic for new coaches of ages U6 to U13 teams and for all returning coaches.
— 2-2:30 p.m.: Coaching theory for U7 to U11 coaches
— 2-2:30 p.m.: Coaching techniques for U13 coaches.
