Dec. 31, 2002 – The V.I. Pace Runners has announced the annual Three Kings Mile road race will taken place at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4. The race starts at Harwood Hospital and finishes at the Scale House in Christiansted. The race is open to all. Registration begins at 10 a.m.
