Dec. 31, 2002 – The V.I. Pace Runners announces that the 2nd St. Croix International Marathon will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 1, at 5 a.m.
The race starts and finishes on Salt River Road near the entrance to Columbus Cove Restaurant.
