ST. CROIX POSTAL HOURS REDUCED FOR FESTIVAL

Dec. 30, 2002 – U.S. Postal Service operations will be reduced during the first week of January on St. Croix because of the Crucian Festival.
On Friday, the lobby hours will be 7:30 a.m. to noon at the downtown Christiansted, Gallows Bay and Frederiksted post offices; and from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Richmond main post office and the Sunny Isle and Kingshill post offices.
On Saturday, when the Adults Parade will take place, all St. Croix post offices will be closed and there will be no regular mail delivery or pickup services.
However, Express Mail will be delivered on both days.
On Monday, Jan. 6, which is the traditional Three Kings Day, all post offices will have regular hours and provide full services.
