Dec. 28, 2001 — Due to the New Year's holiday, payment of November's gross receipts and hotel room tax, normally due on the last day of December, may be made on Wednesday Jan. 2.
In a release from the Internal Revenue Bureau, director Louis Willis announced the extension and reminded businesses with gross receipts of $120,000 or less they must file an annual gross receipts tax return by Jan. 30, 2002.
