Dec. , 2001 – A forum on the proposed USVI Military Museum and Veterans Memorial Complex project will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, at the St. Croix Education Complex library.
The one-day forum will be conducted by Phillip Masi Santamaria and Egbert Thomas of Honorary Monument ad Portrait Corporation. All veterans in the territory are urged to attend this important forum and bring to the meeting a comrade, another veteran or a family member.
