May 24, 2001 – The scheduled power outage on feeder 9B originally planned for Wednesday has been rescheduled for Friday from 1 to 3 a.m.
The outage will allow the V.I. Water and Power Authority to make connections to the underground system.
According to a release from WAPA the areas affected will be Barbel Plaza, First to Tenth Streets, the Sugar Estate Post Office, Cinema One and the Esso one-stop gas station between the movie theater and the post office.
The outage was scheduled for early morning to minimize its impact.
