The Carnival Village was named Dotsey's Kalaloo Pot in honor of Dorothy Elskoe. Elskoe and Associates did not rest however. They came out strong with the only floupe listed as "Floupe, over 300 members." A floupe that big had several of the giant "Queen of Band" costumes.
