GUSTAVE ‘PATÉ' SIMMONDS DEAD AT 57

Gustave Simmonds, Jr., known to his friends as "Paté," of Ralph DeChabert Project, Building 30, Apt. 169, died Friday, March 16 at Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 57.
Funeral services will be held at noon Monday, March 26 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. A viewing will begin at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
He is survived by his companion, Annette Hendricks; daughters, Sandra and Brendalee Simmonds; son, Gustave "Leeche" Simmonds; step-daughter, Trina Allick; step-sons, Ronald and Tyrone Allick; grandchildren, Tamara, Shauna, Renika, Abasie, and Ajarie Williams, and Moquannie Springer; step-grandchildren, Dara, Dana, And Damaycus McIntosh and K'Niyah Allick; brother, Jacob Simmonds; aunt, Agnes Davis; uncles, Cato Davis, Frederick Davis, and Alphonso Daley; sons-in-law, Melvin "Funkyman" Williams and Floyd "Mones" Springer; special friends and family, Hendricks, Reubles, Petrus, Brady, Gerard, Garvey, Greene, King, Williams, Rhymer, Vanterpool, Simmonds, Ayala, and Benjamin families, Iola Garvey and family, Lilliemae and children, Department of Labor, Raymond "Scullet" Martin, Satchel, Louis, Lloyd Daley and son, Thyra, Mrs. Roberts, Russel Gaskin, Sam, Brenda Graham, and Miss Doris; along with many other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of James Memorial Funeral Home.
