SLOW, COWS ON THE ROAD

Dear Source,
Recently there has been a rash of very close calls with cows on the road to Cane Bay! Just last weekend, two accidents occurred involving loose cows on or near the road. A car was totalled and found empty and rolled upside down off the side of this road last Sunday morning.
What can be done about this problem? My question is : What are the cows doing out late at night, anyway? Shouldn't they be asleep? Maybe some fence-mending is in order or signs posted to slow motorists, or at least warn them about the poor cows.
I am an animal lover and not fond of drunk drivers!
Thank-you for this opportunity to write about my concern.
Sincerely,
Roberto Valas
