MESSAGES FOR TIME CAPSULE INSCRIBED DEC. 9

St. Croix residents can communicate with those yet unborn via signature scrolls to be placed in the Millenium Time Capsule. The scrolls will be available to residents to inscribe messages on Dec. 9 at Sunny Isle Shopping Center in front of Terry's Children's Weat from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and at the Frederiksted Kmart from 2 to 5 p.m.
Documents, information and artifacts important to the V.I. will be placed in the time capsule and sealed at Government House in St. Croix on Jan. 1, 2001. It will be opened 100 years later, on Jan. 1, 2101.
