AN ENCOUNTER WITH FRANCIS OF ASSISI

The film, "Francesco," by Liliana Cavani will be the main feature of a presentation and examination of the life of St. Francis of Assisi at 9 a.m. until noon Saturday, Nov. 11 in the upper school audio-visual room at Antilles School. Julia Bergstrom, a member of the International Chapter of the Third Order of St. Francis, and Roger Lakins, instructor of humanities and head of the English department at Antilles School will lead an examination of the life and spirituality of Francis, who has inspired people of many faiths since his death in 1226.
There is no admission fee.
