The V.I. Port Authority's proposed $2.50 increase each way for transporting noncommercial vehicles by barge between St. John and St. Thomas will be the subject of a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the St. John Legislative Conference Room.
Sen. Roosevelt David has invited all interested persons to attend the meeting on the rate hike, scheduled to go into effect Oct. 1. For more information, call 693-3664.
