Zandra Messiah has been appointed Assistant Director of the Division of Personnel on St. Croix, according to Gov. Charles Turnbull.
Messiah has 20 years of human resource experience, the last 10 of which were in the office of the V.I. Adjutant General as director of administrative services. Messiah is replacing Godfrey Fredericks, who recently resigned.
Messiah has a Masters in human resource management and a BA in accounting. She was also nominated by Turnbull to the Public Employees Relations Board.
