The University of the Virgin Islands Humanities Division invites poets and poetry lovers to Poetry & Conversation, an open poetry reading, starting at 6 p.m. Friday, April 14 at L'Hotel Boynes on Blackbeard's Hill.
Poetry lovers are asked to come early so they will be able to listen to the other presenters.
Poets are asked to limit their presentations to one piece of not more than
5 minutes. If time permits there will be a second go round.
There is a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres will be served after the reading.
Contributions to the hors d'oeuvres would be welcome.
