WHAT'S TO BECOME OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS?

Dear Source,
I read with interest Catherine Mills' op-ed piece in the Source. In my newly assumed position as realtor I, too, am bombarded daily with the unsettling "flight of the Virgin Islander."
Just yesterday, as a matter of fact, I talked to two off-island native Virgin Islanders wishing to sell their property and advance their lives in the States. And, I have to wonder what the ramifications will be of the latest charges brought against former Gov. Roy Schneider.
It's almost gotten to the point that the Virgin Islands are associated more with corruption and graft (who wants to be associated with that?) than sun, sand, and sea.
Thanks for your continued input and insight.
