Virgin Islanders with Ohio connections are organizing a not-for-profit society called the V.I. Buckeyes — and hosting a cocktail sip for prospective members Monday, Feb. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Randy's Bistro in Al Cohen's Plaza on St. Thomas.
