FREE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM STARTING

Junior and senior high school students can register for the Department of Human Service’s free After School Program this coming Friday.
Interested students between the ages of 12 and 18 can go to the Youth Promotion and Delinquency Prevention office at the old Herbert Grigg Complex in Kingshill between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to register. The free activities include steel pan, instruction on how to use various computer software applications and tutoring on any subject where help is needed.
Programs begin on Jan. 31 and run every day, Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Because space is limited participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
For more information call the After School Program at 778-9339.
