The University of the Virgin Islands board of trustees will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, with a conference call on the second floor of the library in the President's Conference Room.
The meeting will convene in regular session with the universitiy's proposed re-organization as the primary agenda item.
