ROTARY IS LINKING BOOKS AGAIN

People have a much easier time learning to read if there are books available to them at an early age.
This fact is the inspiration behind BOOK LINK, a Rotary East International program designed to provide an ongoing source of books for the younger children of our community.
Rotary Clubs in the states have been linked to the Virgin Islands to provide books for pre-schools and day care centers in the Virgin Islands.
Through generous donations, clubs from Arizona, New York, and North Carolina have given over 5,000 new and used books to public and private school programs.
Most recently, books have been given to open classroom, Nana-Baby Children s Home, Kidscope, and Ivanna Eudora Kean High School.
