VENDORS MUST APPLY FOR SINBAD FESTIVAL PERMITS NOW

Andrew Rutnik, acting Commissioner of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, announced Wednesday there are 10 vendor spots available at each venue of the Sinbad Soul Music Festival for food or souvenir sales.
The sites for the events are: the Lionel Roberts Stadium and the Emile Griffith Park on St. Thomas and the Frederiksted Beach on St. Croix.
Rutnik said only vendors in good standing and in compliance with the Department's regulations will be considered.
Rutnik said it was only fair that currently licensed vendors be considered. Permits will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis.
Vendors interested in participating in the Sinbad Music Festival must call the
Division of Licensing by 5 p.m. Friday, May 21. The contact people
are Mrs. Knolah Nichols at 774-3130 on St. Thomas or Ms.Anella Pinney at
773-2226 on St. Croix.
