ISLAND MELEE GOES ONLINE

Island Melee, the weekly publication that takes a tongue-in-cheek look at life in the Virgin Islands, is now online.
Publisher Paul Smith announced that The Island Melee Online is now available on the OnePaper Inc. network at www.onepaper.com/islandmelee.
"By joining the OnePaper network of online community papers, we have made it possible for people all over the world to enjoy our special brand of island humor," Smith said.
Island Melee, now in its fourth year of successful print publication, is based in St. Croix. The online edition will include most of the same features as the print version, plus many additional features that are part of the OnePaper service.
Island Melee Online will also offer special advertising packages for its existing advertisers who want to combine their print ads with online ads; the online version will also offer attractive rates for new advertisers, Smith said. To check out the online ad rates, e-mail melee@islands.vi or call 340-692-9614.
Island Melee becomes the third Virgin Islands publication to join the OnePaper Inc. online network. The St. Thomas Source and St. John Times are also published at the www.onepaper.com address.
