COLLECTION AGENCIES TO STAY OPEN ON HOLIDAYS

In order to make it easy for residents and business owners to pay bills during the holidays when there is less traffic congestion, Gov. Charles W. Turnbull has authorized three government agencies to operate limited teller services on Wednesday, March 31, Thursday, April 1 and Monday, April 5.
The Departments of Finance, Licensing and Consumer Affairs, and the Internal Revenue Bureau will hold regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on those days. They will all be closed Good Friday, April 2.
