MONARCH RETURNS

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' "Monarch of the Seas," which ran aground off St. Maarten in December and was dry-docked until March 8, returned to St. Thomas on Monday.
Damages to the cruise ship were reported to be between $9 million and $15 million, according to Rick Steck, public relations manager for Royal Caribbean, as reported by the Daily News.
The Dec. 18 accident, which damaged Proselyte Reef inside Great Bay Harbor, St. Maarten, was caused by human error.
