COAST GUARD CUTTER PAYS PORT CALL

The U.S. Coast Guard cutter Forward will visit St. Thomas from 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, through 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at the north side pier at Crown Bay.
The cutter has a crew of 12 officers and 78 enlisted men. Cmdr. M.J. Sikorski is in charge of the ship.
